Candidates must complete a mandatory five-week full-time training period with no absences permitted before transitioning to regular shift schedules.

Availability for Monday-Friday shifts between 7am-3:30pm CST

Key Requirements
One year of relevant customer service or sales experience
Must reside in Utah, South Dakota, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio, or South Carolina
Mandatory participation in shift bid twice a year for schedule changes
Internet speed requirements: Ping 50 Mbps or lower, Download 50 Mbps or higher, Upload 15 Mbps or higher
