This position will report to Technical Service Director and will work closely with hair stylist and help troubleshoot formulation issues when necessary.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, developing new testing methodologies to show benefits of existing raw materials in finished formulations and interfacing/collaborating with key customers.
