Provide onsite IT technical support for all users and hardware within specified locations, acting as the primary IT point of contact.
Manage end-user desktop, laptop, and office IT support, including smart hand support for network and servers, user onboarding/offboarding, and executive support.
Handle ticket management in ServiceNow, troubleshoot VPN and applications, and coordinate with backend teams and external vendors for comprehensive IT support.
