Establishment Labs is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Technician II in Coyol, Costa Rica, to support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within a rapidly growing medical device company. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in electromechanical, refrigeration, or industrial electronics, and at least two years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably within manufacturing or medical environments

Job Summary

  • Provide support to the Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at Establishment Labs, ensuring comply with quality and safety standards and prevent interruptions in equipment and production line operations.
  • The Engineering and Maintenance technician is responsible for actively participating in the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at Establishment Labs, to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal functionality.
