Job Summary

  • This role supports the Team Lead of Product and Sales Compliance by conducting Balanced Scorecard audits and reviewing documentation for representatives.
  • The position involves liaising with vendors for Mystery Shopping Exercises, analyzing findings for infractions, and preparing reports for the Agency Force.
  • Candidates will participate in monthly Fast Track training sessions to share BSC insights with new representatives while receiving quarterly coaching on QC checks.
