  • The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility for the retail channel and manage a team of 8 direct reports.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Senior Sales leadership experience in FMCG
  • Key Account Management with retail head offices
  • Direct responsibility for Ahold / Albert Heijn
  • Proven managerial experience leading commercial teams
  • Fluent in Dutch and English languages

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with BI, SAP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior trends
  • Experience driving sustainable growth initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Extensive senior sales leadership experience required
  • Direct Key Account Management experience mandatory
