• Performs a variety of administrative tasks and delivers service initiatives in support of Estate and Insurance Advisors (EIA), ensuring operational processes and compliance regulations are followed.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients and business partners through client acquisition from both internal sources and external sources, providing exceptional client experience to enhance sales activities, referrals and client retention.
