Job Summary
Responsible for serving all guests beverages in a fast, courteous and efficient manner, ensuring correct billing procedures and providing excellent service.
The Bartender/Expeditor should be able to properly mix alcoholic drinks for guests over 21 years old and is responsible for grouping together and accounting for dining room food orders.
Ensures proper maintenance, rotation of food products, and cleanliness of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines including ServSafe and HACCP.
