Job Summary

• This role is a strategic step above the Estimator position, requiring leadership in estimating efforts, mentorship of junior estimators, developing and fostering relationships with general contractor preconstruction teams, and the ability to oversee complex, high-value projects.
• Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Mentors and supports junior estimators, providing guidance on estimating best practices and methodologies.
• Engages in business development efforts, assisting in proposals, presentations, and client negotiations.
