  • Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with Tier1 factory personnel and technical teams, ensuring manufacturability, material selection, and cost targets are met.
  • Influence HQ and external parties to drive change using principle-centered approaches with adidas standards as the focus.
