Job Summary

  • Responsible for all aspects of Dining Room operations and floor management of a busy 200-seat restaurant serving three meals per day.
  • Supervise Assistant Dining Room Managers, Servers, Bussers, Hosts, and Bartender to ensure tasks are completed in a friendly, safe, and efficient manner.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Full-service restaurant management experience
  • Food Safety certification required
  • Alcohol service TIPS or MAST certification
  • Microsoft Office and POS system proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally

Nice-to-have

  • National Park experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with seasonal setup and teardown
  • Strong sanitation skills
  • Friendly and efficient team leadership

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Food Safety certification mandatory
