The primary purpose of this job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and maintaining residents' comfort and safety.
The role requires adherence to established policies and procedures, cooperation with facility personnel, and prompt reporting of any changes in resident condition or incidents.
