  • Assists engineers and other management staff to carry out technical work for the planning, scheduling, design, tendering, construction, inspection and maintenance of municipal infrastructure.

Key Requirements

  • Mechanical or Electrical Technologist Program
  • PEMAC MMP Certification
  • Considerable experience applying maintenance principles
  • Experience using MS Office Suite and CMMS/WMS/SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of field data analysis
  • Knowledge of government legislation (OHSA, Building Code, Fire Code)
  • Ability to understand Facilities Management administration processes
  • Ability to travel to various work locations
