Develop, document, and implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies, continually reviewing production flow to identify breakdowns and weaknesses, and leading Kaizen events.
Work with Project Engineering team to ensure new capital equipment designs meet productivity requirements, including identification of anticipated work compliment and work balancing.
