Job Summary

  • Oversee the Non-Destructive testing of flight hardware for various spaceflight systems.
  • Manage and grow the Non-Destructive Testing team, including developing resource plans and profiles, authorizing job descriptions, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, assigning tasks, and conducting performance reviews and developing team members.
