Job Summary

  • The Wholesale Service Centre is the single point of contact for all competitive retail-to-wholesale enquiries, ensuring a level playing field between Anglian Water’s own retail arm and all other retailers.
  • As a Wholesale Service Centre Team Leader, you will lead a team of four multi-skilled advisers, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting wholesale billing, MDD management, and market code requirements.
