Must-have
2-5 years leading steel fabrication projects
5+ years in steel fabrication environments
Knowledge of AWS AISC BPVC codes
Ability to read engineering drawings GD&T
Experience with fit and weld processes
Nice-to-have
CAD tools experience for fabrication review
Qualified Welder certification preferred
Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) status
Experience with blast and paint coating processes
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Key Requirements
2-5 years project management experience
5+ years fabrication environment experience
Extensive knowledge of welding codes (AWS, AISC, BPVC)
Proven ability to work against aggressive schedules
