Must-have
BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field
Production experience building and deploying ML models
Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and RLHF
Ability to audit complex model logic and code
Nice-to-have
Experience with RAG workflows and vector databases
Familiarity with AWS SageMaker or Google Vertex AI
Strong attention to detail for spotting hallucinations
Knowledge of Hugging Face Transformers library
Key Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, or quantitative field
Professional experience fine-tuning ML models in production
