Job Summary

  • You will own the reception experience by greeting all employees and guests, answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate party, receiving and sorting mail and delivering an overall white glove experience.
  • Support Executive Assistants and Executives with onsite coordination to include booking conference rooms, coordinating offices or desks for use while onsite and ensuring the space has been cleaned prior to visit, ordering food / snacks when applicable.
