Job Summary
The APP will provide comprehensive care to adults with critical, life-threatening illness in an intensive care setting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, patient evaluation and management, as well as urgent procedures such as airway and ventilator management, central and arterial line placement, difficult peripheral IV access, and chest tube insertion.

Key Requirements
Nationally certified licensed healthcare provider
MSN required upon hire or within 3 years (APRN)
Graduate of an accredited APRN program
Graduate of an A.R.C. approved Physician Assistant Program (PA)
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
Certification as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) may be required
