Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws and possess at least a 10th-grade education.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the safety and comfort of all individuals on the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents and manage room admissions
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental personnel
