GSK is seeking a GSC ERP PMO/Cutover Lead for a 12-month secondment to oversee the cutover activities for their ERP Evolution Program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP transformations, particularly with SAP S/4HANA, and will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining business continuity

Job Summary

  • The GSC ERP PMO / Cutover Lead will be accountable for leading the end-to-end business cutover activities for Global Supply Chain deployments, ensuring a controlled and seamless transition to the S/4HANA ERP platform.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and documenting business-owned tasks for Dress Rehearsal and Cutover plans, coordinating execution of business elements, and driving issues/defect resolution during Hypercare.
  • The role can be based in the United Kingdom at GSK HQ or Poland and follows a hybrid working model requiring on-site work 2 to 3 days per week.

  • Formal project management qualifications (Prince2, PMP) are a plus
  • Experience with large-scale ERP platforms (SAP or similar)
