Currently we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run the end-to-end attraction and recruitment of candidates for junior to middle level positions in the organization and to promote Motor Oil as an employer of choice in the market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
Experience with hiring across multiple departments/sectors
Solid understanding of structured behavioral interviews
Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms, preferably SuccessFactors
