Job Summary

  • Join our team as an IT Support Specialist , providing Level 1 & 2 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting with devices and video conferencing
  • You will manage onboarding/offboarding, service tickets, and basic infrastructure support to keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Your Main Tasks · Serve as the primary IT contact for the Singapore and Shanghai offices
