Job Summary

• As a Principal Presales Solution Consultant, HCM/Payroll - Federal, you will lead discovery workshops with prospective Federal Contractors and Agencies to uncover pain-points and business problems.
• You will develop strategies aligned to the business problems, and provide expert overview & deep-dive platform and product demonstrations and position the unique value of Workday as platform, HCM & Payroll.

Salary

Base: $147,400 USD - $221,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

• 6+ years of experience in Federal or Federal Contractor Presales
• 6+ years of experience in HCM Solution Consulting in Federal
• Expert knowledge of Enterprise (ERP) systems
• Ability to travel 50%
