Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least two years of experience in guest services, hospitality, customer service, or event operations preferred

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, positive demeanor
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
