Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for providing confidential behavioral health consultations and 1-12 fifty minute sessions of non-medical counseling (EAP) to members of the military and their family.
  • The team works in a fast-paced environment, on a queue, taking non-medical counseling calls in the moment, as well as through scheduled appointments.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a mental health related field
  • Current, valid, unrestricted counseling license in Colorado
  • Minimum 4 years post masters clinical experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Employee Assistance Programs
  • Knowledge and experience in crisis management
  • Solid understanding of Z-codes
  • Obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance status
