The Maintenance Group Leader will lead a group of skilled hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment while enforcing UAW agreements.
Candidates must possess technical expertise to oversee maintenance operations with a focus on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment.
The role requires completing a 12-week training program at various GM locations before reporting onsite to Orion, Michigan.
