  • This role serves as the delivery leader responsible for defining, owning, and delivering mid-size engagements designed to meet/exceed key performance metrics for specific clients within the organization.
  • The incumbent manages 1-2 simultaneous client engagements, some individual, some with a team of clients, consultants, and other colleagues from the division.
  • The incumbent demonstrates solid foundational knowledge of consulting principles and the delivery of practical outcomes and is adept at driving clear hypotheses, breakthrough analyses and actionable strategic insights for organizational and operational transformation.

  • 3 years of management or team/project leadership experience

  • Lean Six Sigma OR Human Centered Design certification preferred
