Job Summary

  • Responsible for architecting the digital landscape for organizations within Enterprise Services Digital, with an initial focus on supporting critical programs for the Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) programs.
  • This role will lead all RTX architects and architecture efforts for the Global Ethics & Compliance function and any projects required to exit the Deferred Prosecution Agreement.
  • Success requires the ability to balance the standardization and harmonization of business processes and technology with the flexibility to accommodate operational models across business units.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 12+ years' experience as Enterprise Architect
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent
  • Experience supporting aerospace and defense compliance with ITAR, EAR and similar regulatory frameworks
  • Experience architecting system and process improvements
  • U.S. citizenship is required
