  • The Parking Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Parking department and to ensure all guest, employee, artist and venue transportation needs are satisfied during event and non-event days.
  • This role leads traffic control, assists with parking plans, conducts lot inspections, and oversees shuttle and rideshare areas to ensure proper flow and guest safety.
  • The position requires interviewing, selecting, training, and supervising department staff to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and resolving parking complaints and disputes.
