Job Summary
Coordinate infection control surveillance program and organize In Service education programs for staff, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Plan, conduct, and document required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, while also making rounds to observe delivery of patient care.
Supervise staff, assist with disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care, ensuring all employee/resident/patient confidentiality is maintained.
