Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Continuous Improvement
• Experience with CNC programming
• Experience automation integration
• Demonstrated process knowledge of machining
• Proficient in Solid Works, MS Office suite
• Ability to learn and use a computer-based ERP program
• Knowledge of GD & T
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO9001
• Knowledge of automotive drivetrain technology
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment
