Job Summary

  • The Director of Quality will be responsible for developing the overall Quality Improvement Strategy and lead the team in the cross-functional adoption and execution of that strategy.
  • In this strategic role, the Director of Quality will be the leader in developing and maintaining a quality management system to improve operating efficiency, quality and productivity in operations, to improve customer satisfaction, and to increase profitability in a safe working environment.
