  • Work as a full member of the leadership team to develop people strategy and turn into actions, which clearly contributes to the Absa Bank Seychelles and as part of Absa’s strategic goals.
  • Take accountability for and work with Absa Regional Operations Head of ER and ER manager and team to deliver excellent ER environment within Absa Bank Seychelles.
  • Enhance existing systems and drive out systems implementations designed to deliver excellent People services to People Business Partners and wider business community.
