  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies, assessing initiatives and providing recommendations for future activities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience
  • Intermediate skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Leader Standard Work, Visual Management Systems, Management Accountability Systems, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S/Workplace Organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • At least 50% travel
