  • 6+ years partnering Executive / Senior Leadership Teams
  • 10+ years overall HR experience
  • Ability to challenge, influence and guide senior stakeholders
  • Strong track record in developing and delivering People Strategies
  • Strong organisational design and change management experience
  • Excellent coaching and relationship management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of key people metrics
