Key Requirements
6+ years partnering Executive / Senior Leadership Teams
10+ years overall HR experience
Ability to challenge, influence and guide senior stakeholders
Strong track record in developing and delivering People Strategies
Strong organisational design and change management experience
Excellent coaching and relationship management skills
Data-driven mindset with solid understanding of key people metrics
