Key Highlights: Office Hours: Monday-Friday Nearest MRT: Labrador Station Be a part of a dynamic operations team supporting asset management, inventory coordination, stakeholder engagement, and facility readiness initiatives within a structured and mission focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and account for assets stored in third party logistics warehouses. Verify the condition and usability of assets, including items loaned to external parties. Coordinate the transfer or donation of usable assets to relevant public sector, healthcare, non profit, or approved organisations. Support the disposal of expired, damaged, obsolete, or surplus assets in accordance with approved processes. Assist in reviewing and renewing operational agreements with external facility partners. Arrange and support engagement sessions with external stakeholders. Conduct site visits and assess whether facilities meet updated operational and infection prevention requirements. Prepare status updates, reports, and internal documentation for management review. Support workflow improvements, process updates, and implementation of new operational requirements. Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties in support of organisational and crisis readiness objectives. Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience. Strong background in operations management, logistics coordination, inventory control, asset management, or facilities related operations. Experience managing inventories, tracking assets, maintaining accountability, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage external stakeholders professionally. Able to explain operational requirements, compliance standards, and process changes clearly. Good project coordination skills with the ability to support multiple workstreams. Able to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop operational plans, reports, and tracking systems.
