Employees must assess patient conditions, collect data, and report changes in respiratory status to supervisors, nurses, and physicians as needed.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information and adhering to all facility policies regarding safety and infection control.

Key Requirements
Associate Degree from accredited school required
Graduate of a respiratory care program required
Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license required
Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum one year acute/subacute experience preferred
