Must-have
132 kV and above GIS/AIS Substation design
HVDC and EHV/HV Substation engineering
IEEE/IEC standards compliance
Single Line Diagram and Layout Plan preparation
Equipment selection and sizing per IEEE/IEC
Lead plant engineers for assigned projects
Vendor drawing evaluation and BOQ estimation
Nice-to-have
Flexible and quick to learn global renewable technologies
Strong influencing and relationship building skills
Experience with specialized tools like CANECO or ETAP
Working experience with 3D Design Tools like Revit
Ability to work in unstructured environment
Global experience and high technical cultural competence
Add-on competency on HVDC/FACTS integrated applications
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Minimum of 12+ years in EHV/HV AIS & GIS Substation design
Knowledge of AC substation industry engineering practices
Good understanding of power system components and renewable energy integration
Demonstrated presentation skills and ability to communicate complex messages
