  • Responsible for the entire lifecycle of an accessory portfolio, from initial market opportunity sizing to product sunset.
  • Lead SKU rationalization across a large portfolio (100+ SKUs), including decisions to retain, discontinue, refresh, or reposition products.
  • Define and execute category strategy to drive profitable growth, pricing optimization, and market competitiveness.
