Job Summary
The Treatment Nurse is responsible for providing skilled dermatologic and wound care services to residents in accordance with physician orders, established protocols, and facility policies.
This role works closely with the Medical Director, Director of Nursing Services (DON), interdisciplinary care team, and families to ensure the highest level of resident care, comfort, and safety.
Essential duties include identifying, managing, and treating skin disorders and lesions, performing comprehensive skin assessments, and providing therapeutic dermatologic services.
