Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic connector, identifying opportunities to expand market participation, enhance alignment with Fannie Mae products and initiatives, and drive sustainable growth in underserved and emerging segments of the housing market.
Partner with internal stakeholders across Single Family, Capital Markets, Credit, Risk, and Policy to align engagement strategies with enterprise objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
At least 8 years of experience in housing finance, real estate development, homebuilding, or related financial services
Demonstrated experience in business development, relationship management, or market expansion roles
Strong understanding of the residential construction ecosystem and small builder operating models
Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence without direct authority
Experience working with small or emerging home builders and affiliated entities
