Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the quality of customer request processing and employee skill development.
  • You will monitor the quality of services provided by our partners (all contact channels) and the traceability of data in our tools.
  • You will prepare and deploy necessary training for our Customer Service employees (partners and internal): onboarding, continuous training, deployment of new processes.
