Job Summary
You will be responsible for the quality of customer request processing and employee skill development.
You will monitor the quality of services provided by our partners (all contact channels) and the traceability of data in our tools.
You will prepare and deploy necessary training for our Customer Service employees (partners and internal): onboarding, continuous training, deployment of new processes.
