Job Summary
The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing the Quality System at the MRO Base, monitoring compliance and adequacy of procedures to ensure safe maintenance practices and airworthy aircraft.
Key responsibilities include ensuring Part 145 compliance, managing the occurrence reporting tool, overseeing workshop standards, certifications, and CAMO functions for AD/SB and AMP.
This role involves working closely with the Head of Aviation Safety & Quality to integrate quality data into the SMS framework and assist in running the internal audit program.
