Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in English (C1)
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • At least 3 years in people management
  • Experience in business financials, manufacturing KPIs, and strategic planning
  • Working knowledge of regulatory, quality, HSE, and GMP requirements
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and APICS CPIM/CSCP
