Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Military equivalent (E-6 or greater) with 6+ years' experience in field service as a people leader OR Master's degree with 5+ years' experience
  • Commercial experience, including direct selling
  • Exposure to and ownership of a P&L
  • Able to travel 25% - 50% of the time
