Job Summary

  • Provide expert deskside support to ensure team members have the tools and assistance they need to stay productive and successful.
  • Respond to support requests within 15 minutes, resolving issues either remotely or in person, and communicate clearly with users throughout the troubleshooting process.
  • Perform hardware refreshes, manage service ticket queues, and resolve various software, hardware, printer, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

  • Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration eligibility
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and 21+ years of age
