Provide expert deskside support to ensure team members have the tools and assistance they need to stay productive and successful.
Respond to support requests within 15 minutes, resolving issues either remotely or in person, and communicate clearly with users throughout the troubleshooting process.
Perform hardware refreshes, manage service ticket queues, and resolve various software, hardware, printer, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
