The position requires proactive technical hunting through hands-on demonstrations and trials to validate solution fit for Transfection Reagents and Plasmid portfolios.
Candidates must possess a hunter mentality with a proven track record of generating, advancing, and closing new opportunities in the Cell and Gene Therapy landscape.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles
Hunter mentality with new business generation
Proficiency in demos, trials, and evaluations
Knowledge of CGT landscape including AAV and viral vectors
Fluent English communication skills
Willingness to travel over 50% of the time
Nice-to-have
French language proficiency as a strong asset
Dutch language skills as a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured methodologies
Experience with gene therapy upstream processes
Strong consultative communication capabilities
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Engineering
Several years of experience in technical sales or application support
Fluent English required; French is a strong asset
High willingness to travel (>50%) across assigned territories
