The VP of Quality and Service will lead a team of over 180 people responsible for more than $100M in direct revenue and critical component manufacturing.
This role requires ensuring successful ISO9001 and AS9100 certification audits worldwide while driving continuous improvement using Lean principles.
Candidates must have extensive experience working with government agencies on localization, contracting, and complex proposal responses including Performance Based Logistics plans.

Must-have

Experience with government defense contracts
Lean principles and root cause analysis application

Technical background in EO/IR systems or IDCA manufacturing
Familiarity with SAP Service module and PowerBI tools

Strong oral and written communication skills for senior leaders
Key Requirements
US Citizen eligible for Secret clearance
10 years of experience in the Defense sector
College Diploma in technical or business discipline
Proven experience managing multi-site Quality and/or Service organizations
